Is the Kh-59M always used with the APK-9(E) made by Raduga and Tekon of Ukraine? Is the Kh-59ME used with newer APK-9ME pod?

And what about the BPN-59M pods like the one fitted to the PLAAF (?) fighter below? Are these used to fire the Kh-59ME or the newer versions of the Kh-29?
