Does anyone know where I can find three-views of the British Cancelled Projects which place them in scale context with aircraft which were actually built?

That's pretty open ended. My guess would be get a hold of the relevant British Secret Projects books, photocopy the relevant aircraft including built design. Then enlarge them with your copier as appropriate.
