here is a strange spacecraft from Italy,very similar to NA X-15,I can't ID the
designer,and here is the translation for caption;

Above the three views of the Italian missile-aircraft design, note the acceleration rocket
designed to bring the aircraft-missile to a height, according to a technique also considered North
American.Under the image from different points of the model in scales reduced, steering wheel
that was built for some preliminary studies on the project
