I am interested in the composition of the old avionics setup as delivered to Israel on the Mirage IIICJ and used during the 1967 Six Day War. According to the website below, which is not free from typos, these birds were fitted with austere electronics to include the following:
  • CSF Cyrano IIA Ibis (DR-AC-36B) radar
  • CSF 95 gunsight
  • Omera/Segid TR-AP-22 and TR-AP-21 UHF COM radios (unless only one such radio was indeed installed)
  • CSF NR-AN-11 radio compass (ADF)
  • Hazeltine AN/APX-25 IFF with SIF or the license-built STTA (Service Technique des Télécommunications de l'Air; Paris) ER-84-A (unless the original French NR-AI-2 IFF were installed)

Is the above IIICJ setup correct? Did the IAF modify the setup before the outbreak of the Six Day War, particularly the IFF?

Meanwhile I found a photo of what I believe was the Mirage IIICS technology demonstrator and evaluation aircraft for the Swiss. It clearly shows Mirage's early instrument panel. Two Omera/Segid COM radios are visible on the LH panel, while the NR-AN-11 ADF can be spotted on the RH panel. It's clearly marked with the "RC" letters. I couldn't only spot the IFF in that cockpit.

Is it possible that the Israeli Mirage IIICJ had similar instrumentation in the cockpits except the radar display?

If the cockpit photos from the link below belong to the real Mirage IIICJ, then the avionics setup listed in the previous posts is pretty accurate.
