With an exotic mixture of Soviet and Western surface to air systems in place Ukraine must have one of the most comprehensive such systems ever deployed.
Yet it still cannot prevent cruise and air launched missiles or drones damaging significant targets even if the 80 percent kill rate is valid.
If the weapons were to have CW BW or nuclear warheads the situation would be even more serious
Is the glass of air defence half full or half empty?
