It may not be pretty, but it's hardly that bad. The reverse-angle landing deck is interesting, IMO. For their purposes, it may well work, since they don't plan to use this for conventional carrier ops. In combat, most of its sorties will be one-way flights anyway. The reverse angle is presumably mainly for landing MALE-type drones or small numbers of CAA-type vehicles.

The aft deck is obviously a helicopter pad (as seen in other images). The structure there right now is clearly temporary. It might be to hold some sort of VIP event or display that they don't want exposed to weather or surveillance imaging.

And it will be extremely short lived in actual regional conflict against say...pretty much anyone in the region that has an air force or something capable of shooting back.

I'm no naval aviator but a DIY aircraft carrier is probably not that great of an idea.

Considering size of Ababil-3 UCAV then perfect size to deck elevator to lift three section of an RQ-170 and assemble it on deck.

The flight deck angle creates a very useful deck park area.

But I don't think the IRGC-N is quite up to speed on carrier ops yet, the tie-downs for the 3 larger Qaher drones are worth a look. Three drones, three different tie-down methods, two of them based on 'how many times can I wrap this cargo strap around the undercarriage leg?'

I agree. And if it has been developed for testing purposes only, she probably can succeed.
I wasn't biased by aesthetical aspects. From the outside it looks like a rough/rude/crude technological product.
What struck me was seeing the interior, it evoked a feeling of informality and neglect.
To me it doesn't give an impression of professionalism. I didn't imagine it like that.
