I'm fairly certain I got this link off an oryx article that no longer links to it, I think the heavy weapons list as a prototype for the Mesbah and Mesbah-1? I can see why they would consider that connection unreliable, but I'm curious about the gun. I don't know if the entire Mesbah line qualifies as a prototypal/failed effort or if the 8 gun Mesbah-1 entered service in any of the potential customer arms branches in Iran.
