Hi,

this little known company from Peru,called indaer,and its products was IAP-001 Chuspi,
IAP-002 AG Chuspi and IAP-003 Urpi,also the company designed a commuter aircraft
called IAP-004 Kuntur,remained a Project only as I think.

That looks like an Avid or Kitfox ultralight.
