Type: Twin-turbofan business or third-level airline transport.
Programne: First shown in model form 1990, at initial design stage.
Design features: Conventional low-wing/T-tail configuration, with rear-mounted engines; wings and tail unit swept; winglets added late 1990; retractable tricycle landing gear with twin wheels on each unit. Manual flying contorls.
Power plant: Two ZMDB/Zaporozhye/ZVL DV-2 turbofans, each 21.58 kN (4,852 lb st.)
Accommodation: Proposed in two versions: (1) two crew and nine passengers, with facilities for work or relaxation on long flights. (2) 15 passengers, three-abreast with 40 cm (15.75 in) aisle; both versions with toilet, wardrobes, front and rear baggage compartments.
