if it was from USA,that's harder to find,but I keep searching.

My guess is that it is just a generic model drawn up by an artist.
Maybe it was remotely inspired by an existing aircraft, but there are a couple of things that are unrealistic like the wing going into the cabin, leaving almost no room inside.

it was FFA/Learjet SAAC-23.

Not sure, as AFAIK the Learjet started its live using the wing of the swiss fighter
FFA P-16 and the winf of that model shows not much resemblance.
