ID Those Two Flying Boat Models

Hi,


I found those two flying boat models in aeronautical report of Italy,the first was a
monoplane and the second was a biplane,maybe they are a real aircraft or a projects,
can anyone ID them ?.

The captions "Modellino aerodinamico di un velivolo monoplano." and "Modellino aerodina mico [sic] di un velivolo biplano" or aerodynamic models of monoplane / biplane aircraft suggest that these were notional wind tunnel models.
