ID the delta wing aircraft ?

its one of the Horton brothers Argentinians projects idnrc the designation but it was a glider to test flight characteristics of a supersonic interceptor.

Yes, shaba is right. It is the FMA I.Ae 37-P glider in its initial, prone-pilot form. Later rebuilt with a more conventional cockpit, the glider was a development aid for the unbuilt I.Ae 37 project for a twin-engined supersonic intercerceptor.

Someone needs to write a book about the postwar diaspora of German aircraft designers to Argentina, Egypt, India and Spain and perhaps elsewhere. Yes, I know the big migrations were to the USA and USSR, but I think that's already been covered.

Please once and for all... This should be spelled HortEN !! There was an obscure American aircraft builder by the name of HortON but this had nothing to do with it!
