Hypothetical Cold War Naval Vessels Help

I remember seeing a website a while ago which gave detailed drawings/descriptions of naval vessels built under a what if the Cold War never ended...
I can remember RN/USN and possibly even Russian hypothetical warships built but cant for the life of me remember any more details than that.

Had a quick search here and on other websites but drawn a blank..
