Hunnicutt new reprints

Am I correct in assuming that the reprints of Hunnicutts US Army series in 2015 do not update the 1990s editions?

I have the originals in most cases, but they are in boxes and the new ones look quite reasonably priced?

As far as I know, they are straight reprints, and from what I've heard, the print quality in the reprints is really bad, so you're better off with the originals.
