Didn't realize the Royal Navy used this ship in the Revolutionary War. Strange how relatively few Royal Navy ships were preserved as national monuments.

It's a real shame. What a history. Back when the world and its wonders were truly unknown to science.

I love these ships, the navigation process and admire those that devoted their lives to mastering the technologies of sailing the globe.
