An Ukrainian startup developed an interesting compact secure radio last year, which allegedly can bypass known Russian jamming and code breaking. It supports Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum mode, AES-256 encryption, and can be recharged through USB-C. The Himera G1 also sports a Kenwood-type external audio connector. Operating frequencies are believed to be within the UHF band. More details can be found below.
