that's a Derivat of a Schützenpanzer Lang HS.30 build by Swiss Hispano-Suiza on behalf of German Bundeswehr
but this version is new to me

that's Spähpanzer SP I.C. a odd crossover of reconnaissance and Tank destroyer
build by Hotchkiss/Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz in 1961 based on Schützenpanzer SPz 11-2 "Kurz"
The prototype SP I.C. became obsolete with introduction of the Anti-tank missile

the Prototypes are store in "Wehrtechnische Studiensammlung" in the town of Koblenz
