I ordered a book from Abebooks which was never delivered, due to the idiots at the UK Post Office failing to forward mail despite being PAID MONEY TO DO SO.
The original seller has the book back now, and will deliver it again if I can send them $11. Unfortunately they don't take PayPal, Visa or any other form of payment invented past the 1950s.
If a kind forum member would be prepared to send a personal check for $11 to this bookseller, I will credit their Paypal account to reimburse them for the cost and effort involved.
