The translation,

This is the first monograph about the prominent Russian and Soviet aviation designer Dmitry Pavlovich Grigorovich. He became famous in the second decade of the 20th century, his flying boats M-5 and M-9 during the First World War were reasonably considered one of the best examples of hydroaviation. During the Soviet period, Grigorovich continued to design both land and sea aircraft. The book tells about the life and creative path of the designer, about the successes and failures in the creation of new aircraft. The work contains a large number of previously unknown documents and illustrations.
The work is addressed to everyone who is interested in the history of our aviation.
