We made us self fully depending on Russian Gas and decided to exit nuclear power and our own gas production for “morale” reasons (We used fracking sinse decates without any incidents…).. Out politicians told us, that nuclear power doesn’t help with heating (while heat pumps are politically seen as the only future proof heating system..) and only gas does. We finally managed to by a little natural gas from Katar after we did the very best to insult them during the WM 2022. The negotiations after this must have been interesting and I’m sure we pay much more than the regular price because of our high morale standarts…

No we can celebrate these gas terminals as a great moral victory. Besides that, we are now buying gas from Azerbaijan, a country which just attached its neighbor (Armenia) without reason.
