Another small startup focusing on air launched rockets for the microsat market. They are also developing an air launched testbed for hypersonics research (versus using a sounding rocket I guess).
Their webpage indicates they are using SBIR funding for their development work. That's enough for a handful of engineers working over a year or two so they will need to attract some venture capital to keep going.
