Gemini paperwork

Does anyone have access to the complete PDF of McDonnell's Report B743, from 1965? I have part of Volume I (probably found at NASA or Astronautix), but there's obviously more.

I'm finding that much of the Gemini stuff isn't available. Some things may have been squirreled away and then lost.
