French Big gun submarine project 1936

In Claude Huan’s book “Les Sous-Marines Francais 1918-1945,” there is a chart of French submarine projects. One is Projet W, a 2190 ton submarine with either two 130mm or 3-155mm. I don’t see anything else in the book regarding this. Does anyone have any other information or drawings?
