Perhaps the confirmation of 50-foot rogue waves had something to do with it ??If QE2/QM2's Captain could get a fright, a Freedom Ship's Captain would be sending SOS...My suspicion is that Lloyds' inspectors declined to certify the design/type as sea-worthy.
