Fig 6 is virtually identical to Fig 1 in a UK patent taken out by The International All-Steel Aircraft Syndicate Ltd and Harold Bolas in 1921. Bolas was working in association with George Parnall and the Syndicate on designs derived from ideas patented by Nicholas Woyevodsky, and their combined work eventually ended up with Westland who constructed the Dreadnaught. However... at the moment I can find no reference to Francis Morse working with any of these and there does not appear to be a UK version of this patent.
