Fowler F-70 VTOL

as contender to TS-152, the Fowler F-70 was a project for a shoulder wing VTOL aircraft for 18 passenegers, Two GE T-64/
S4A engines should drive four ducted propellers of 2 m diameter each.

So weird,in this book,they spoke about Fowler Model-20 as a proposal for TS-152 competition and not that concept (Model-70) ?!.
