Fletch-Aire was the brainchild of Charles J. Fletcher and Raymond A. Fletcher, who also produced these interesting patents:

• Annular wing aircraft
• Helicopter including a jet driven rotor and drive system
• Vertical rising convertiplane having tilting wing channel boundary layer control system

And also photos of the 1960 Curtiss-Wright-powered Fletch-Aire Glide-Mobile vehicle from eBay (see attachments below)

Finally, Charles J. Fletcher's obituary, which gives some interesting biographic details:
