According to the site, the author used a 1/48 Su-27, along with a 1/72 Su-24 cockpit and two 1/72 Su-24 rear ends.

I think it's an imaginative kitbash. I wish I had thought of it. I'm especially impressed with the fake history and technical data.

It would go great with an FB-23 if some outfit would make a reasonably priced F-23 in 1/48.
