Fana de l'Aviation No. 515 - Operation Epervier (Tchad)

Is there anybody amongst the Fana de l'Aviation readers, who can help me? In No. 515 (October 2012) is an article on the French Operation Epervier in Tchad in 1986/87. Unfortunately, this magazine isn't available here or near my hometown. The only thing I want to know: Has the author J. Guillem written something about the shotdown of a Libyan Tu-22? An answer would be very welcome, maybe as PM.

Dear Sir
I have read the article but there no mention about the Tupolev Tu-22. The article on the Le Fana is about an exercise of the L'Armee de L'Air in Tchad on April 2012 with Mirage F 1.
