I found this design in it,and I think it was just a hypothetical or fake concept,could be
only a joke.

That looks like some of the spoofs written about Canadian Armed Forces procurement programs which attempt to purchase multi-role aircraft that can serve the RCAF on Monday, the army on Tuesday and the RCN on Wednesday.
