here is a Fairey unknown flying boat patent,I think many projects of this company
is never discovered yet,so probably this drawing presents a real design,who knows ?.

The patent refers to the storage of fuel in the chines or lateral stabilisers (sponsons/seawings) of a flying boat. Fairey did not have the design expertise for flying boats at this time so the patent, in the name of Charles Fairey, is likely to be speculative rather than a feature of an aircraft on which they were working.
