While you are doing that which is fine in it's own right. You are failing to use the extra crew member to maintain command over the coop vehicles and drones they also want to use. That and the perennial problem of 24 hour watch and radio watch being crewed and vehicle maintenance, your crew fatigue level will be a monster.
