According to Air Force Research Laboratory slides dated Aug. 3, 2020, however, the service suspected that several transistors and microchips inside the sequencer were fake. Valerie’s legal team obtained the slides through a Freedom of Information Act request.

The lab also found signs that Teledyne had destroyed evidence related to the case, the lawsuit said. Teledyne appeared to have replaced five microchips on the sequencer before sending it to the lab.

Those ambulance-chasing lawyers will only add to the widow's misery.

These companies are big liars. Some of their management needs to sit in jail, and they literally get paid millions of dollars every year for their products and still make these fake proofs to evade the problems in court

There needs to be a very serious look at punishments, sufficient to make the miscreants responsible cringe, cry and wobble at the knee's. Not going to happen though as they have too many lawyers and lobby merchants for that to happen.
