Hi,

Peter,Gabriel and Edward were a Polish and sons of Mr. Wroblewski, they worked in France, and in 1910 designed a monoplane, powered by one engine driven two propellers as I think, followed by W-1,W-2,W-3 and W-4,a two-seat high-wing historical airplanes from 1910 to 1913.

The W-5 [W-IV (M)] was a two-seat high-wing military monoplane of 1914 powered by 130 hp engine,the W-6 was a medium bomber Project,powered by two 200 hp Hispano-Suiza V8 engines of 1915.

Finally in 1917,he made the W-7,it was a heavy bomber biplane Project, also with single engine driven two propellers.

May I add this picture of the W2bis. One significant fact about the Wroblewski brother's designs is that they incorporated a metal frame, unlike their contemporaries of the time. Another notable fact is that the W2bis also happened to be the first aircraft to carry the 12 year old Antoine de Saint-Exupéry aloft for his first flight on July 7th 1912. Two more pictures of Wroblewski designs. The first shows the initial design from the brothers during construction, whilst the second is another picture of the W2.
