Dutch gliders and projects

I would like to start with this section because I found the part of an article shown below and this has aroused my interest in this topic. I hope there are others among you who are equally interested.

First, I would have liked to know more about the mentioned Roeland Snellen and of course more about the two projects from the article (R7/41 and R/41). Unfortunately, my Dutch is not really good.
