the Lisunov TS-82 was a project for DC-3 fitted with two 1650 hp Shvetsov ASh-82FN
radial engines.

This was not the Lisunov TS-82, but rather the Douglas TS-82; these were Douglas-built airframes fitted with Shvetsov ASh-82 (M-82) engines. There was a similar version powered by ASh-62 (M-62) engines called the TS-62, again using Douglas-built airframes. These were developed due to a shortage of American engines in the Soviet Union.
