Sylver is definitely an option. More a question of user requirements I think.a bit unfortunate that they didn't/couldn't fit Sylver for more flexibility but I suppose it fits Egypt's requirements well enough.

When Gowind becomes a regional superiority frigate
Aster and Naval Cruise Missiles
(…) There is still room to grow compared to the Malaysian model, since the length of the Gowind can still be extended to reach 114 metres.
An extension that allows for a doubling of the number of vertical launchers on the foredeck, i.e. a total of 32 weapons. The VL Mica is not the only missile that the corvette can be equipped with. If customers wish, Naval Group has ensured that it can be equipped with Aster 15s, and even, in the event of an intergovernmental agreement, Aster 30s.
The vessel can even be adapted to the implementation of naval cruise missiles (MdCN), giving it a deep strike capacity equivalent to that of heavy frigates and unprecedented on Western surface vessels of this tonnage. It should be noted that this option can allow the French manufacturer to respond to competition from certain Russian products.
