I have the feeling that this "Falcon X" is just, what the caption says: An artist's impression of
a future aircraft. The article doesn't mention it at all ! IIRC, "Falcon X" was the pre-designation
of the later Falcon 2000, can we prove, that this actually is a Dassault concept, maybe for a
modified Falcon 2000 with anhedral wing and that tail ?

It is definitely a Dassault concept, this tail configuration was even wind tunnel tested (image credit Air&Cosmos).
