My dear Tophe discovered this amazing aircraft,and he suggested it was a racer airplane
looks like FW.190,any idea ?.

Well, the patent description says the fuselage construction is for any aircraft with small transverse section, for example a fighter. The drawing does look more like a racer.

There was at least one supporter (perhaps, unintentional) of Barenyi ideas in aircraft structures - Richard Vogt, who frequently impemented tubular main spar to it's aircraft. In BV 144 this tubular spar became not only the main structural elemnt of wing and fuel tank - but the axis of variable incidence as well.

Mr. Barenyi seems to be a great car designer, but I wonder what connection he has to aviatio, and Daimler-Benz comapnay, during WW2?
The company, in turn well-known for aircraft engines, lathough their aircraft' project looks weird, IMHO

This patent is quite a while after B&V started its love affair with the tubular spar wing. I wonder if the influence went the other way. I've also seen this idea discussed in Soviet literature just prior to WW2, but I'm not sure if the soviet engineers were pulling this idea from Blohm or if it was an independent invention.

Although what sticks out to me this patent is the cockpit and some of the other structures - they look like they are built up from stamped part that are built up and then welded/bolted onto the steel tubes. Heinkel and Messerschmitt both experimented with this idea of built up structures from stampings but not to the extent present in this patent.
