regarding the following:-

'curtiss COIN'. An artist's concept of a possible operational aircraft developed from the X-19.This later evolved into the Curtiss Model 90 submission to the AAFSS requirement.

'curtiss model 207A'. A proposal for an 'Army Utility Tactical Light Transport' using the Model 90 lift-propulsion system married to a new fuselage.

More on these can be found in the pages of 'The Curtiss X-Planes', Francis.H.Dean, Schiffer publications, ISBN 0-7643-1434-3

cheers,
Robin.

Just out of curiosity is there any place that has more information on the Curtiss 90 porjects other than Mr. Dean's book? Are there Curtiss archeives that one can ask for permission to access?

PS - So how do capture the image to post?

Oh, a color version, excellent. That pic, in B&W, is in the book on the X-19 I pointed out to you, along with wind tunnel models of it. ;)

Method 1: Use the "Insert image" button just above... second icon from left, just above the emoticons. Use the location of the image on Ebay, obtainable via right click/"Properties." Gives this:

Method 2 (preferred for ebay stuff, since ebay images go away after the sale):
1) Right click on the photo, do a "save as."
2) ATTACH the image, using the "Browse" button just below (visible when you're actually composing a message) to find the image you saved to your computer.

Gives this:

Thanks Scott - could not get a "save as" on the work PC.

If you look at EPay, there were two of the prints up for sale. Just in case you're feeling wealthy ;)

Enhanced in GIMP. Any improvement over this would need a higher resolution scan.
