Sorry to be a bit bereft of details but it was only a flying trip to the library this week and all I can remember of these are that they are from a series of Convertaplane conferences held in Philadelphia in the 50's ???. I'm sure I recognise some from projects and others from patents :-\

Regards,
Barry

the first two and the seventh are concepts from Lloyd E. Leonhardt, I think,
from the early '50s.
The fifth looks like an aerodyne.
And the seventh ? Is it an aircraft or a disc shaped ship ? Maybe a huge hovercraft? ???

Hovercraft should be correct Jemiba !
Weiland was known for his huge twin-hull designs.
Unfortunately I have no more info :(
