Probably not the Chakri Naruebet, due to it’s small size the arrestor engines most likely wouldn’t fit and they’d have to make so many adjustments it would be more economical to purposely build a STOBAR ship.The other ship you show NAM Atlântico (formerly HMS Ocean) is a definite no she cannot even operate STOVL aircraft with any real capability as she lacks a ski jump. Her aft lift is also in the way of any arrestor gear.
