The project dates back to 1945, it was presented as an automatic FM-homing, pulse-jet powered (ship-to-ship air-launched winged torpedo) (ship-to-shore guided missile)It is a design of winged torpedoes launched in the air, which would drop its airfoils to become a normal homing torpedo when penetrating in the water, the project under study had not been finalized on certain points, notably the launch mode, and the program has been stopped without the mode being decided firmly since there was no longer a reason to be.
