Hi,

Interesting concept of spraying chemicals into prop down-wash to dampen clouds of dust and debris.
I wonder if you could do something similar to a VTOL seaplane, but with water. Starting from low-speed, it sprays water straight down to provide lift. During "hover" it sucks in water from a dangling hose (ala. water-bombing helicopters) while it gains enough forward speed to generate wing lift.

Just a bit of speculation on my part. Anyone may use my idea, as long as they pay royalties.
