Coalition Strikes on ISIL / ISIS - Raqqa - Identity of Wrecked "Drone"?

I saw these photos of what the ISIL / ISIS folks claim to be the wreckage of a "drone" (possible cruise missile) that reportedly collided with a communications tower in Raqqa last night (22-September-2014). A few things that caught my eye - the relatively "heavy duty" nature of the wreckage, relatively large control surfaces (?), what appears to be a smaller jet engine (not a turboprop) and nacelle, and a black/charcoal skin (which doesn't appear to be from burning).
I haven't been able to conjure up so far what this mystery bird is. It just doesn't look like the "average bear" to me. :-\

UPDATE: Welp... I think I found the answer. :-[ It looks like the wings to a Tomahawk. Here's a photo from JCM Engineering, the folks that manufacture the wings for the Tactical Tomahawk, that seems to fit the bill. Apologies if I wasted anyone's time.
