My research of this is called confined jet thrust vector control, which is a totally different concept TVC from what used on F-22 already.
It is more simple, light, effective, anyone who got more information or picture, is invited to post here please

Are you referring to what's known in the U.S. as "Fluidic Controls," where they use bleed air within the nozzle in selected locations in the nozzle to cause the thrust stream to deflect without any moving ramps in the nozzle? They way they did on the X-36 and I think the BoP as well, to vector the thrust in yaw?
