Does anyone know anything or have any photos about the working mechanism, internal parts and how the dual feed system works?
I can't find any photos of the gun with the feed tray opened so i can't figure out how the gun works. I can't really find any info about how the dual feed system is supposed to be used either.
like is there some kind of simple lever/button press to make the gun choose it's feed from either left or right? or the operator have to be manually change the ammunition belt from left feed to right feed?
All i know is that this MG uses M15A2 link which is a push forward feeding type (in contrast to pull backward feeding type like the M2B) and i know the CIS/STK 50 is supposed to be designed based on the scrapped Dover Devil MG project. There's a post here with pictures of Dover Devil MG and no matter how much i look they're completely different aside from the same 2 piston gas system operation and both have some sort of dual feed mechanism.
