That is the two Ting Yuen class battleships fused into one.
 
Able, while I enjoy the sheer craziness of some of your builds - shouldn't they be in the modeling forum? Or alternative history?
 
This design, to my opinion would be much more plausible, if the main turrets would have been arranged not in a trapezoidal, but in
a rhomboid shape, giving at least in a certain sector a broadside of six guns for both sides.
 
Do you have and stats on this ship?
Presumably
4×2 12 inch/L 25 guns based on the Dingyuan
4×2 15 cm/L35 maby?
14440+ tons most certainly
