Time is ripe to open this thread.
863 and super-893 programs have matured up to the point where we should be connecting the dots.
Based on recently published information by the [Elixir] organization, which would be nice to collectively fact check, China might have tested one of its ground based ASAT-related battle stations on September 09, 2016 in a 20mn window.
A NOTAM, yet to be fact-checked and sourced herein, has seemingly been issued.

Question: can anyone here fact-check or give tips on how to fact-check NOTAMs? Like a tutorial.
NOTAMs is not my area of expertise. At all.
