I am very hesitant to believe the PAKFA has any serious RCS advantage over the J-20. The J-20 has a few features that are considered less than optimal for stealth, but the PAKFA does too....perhaps more so. I'm not an expert by any means,  but I'd love to hear Quellish or someone who knows their electromag theory better than me compare the 2 prototypes.
